Abysmal Gaze by David Kerkhoff is a free trash script with jagged, ink-loaded strokes and a deliberately unstable silhouette. Letters swing between spindly lines and blunt black patches, with uneven heights and abrupt hooks that make the writing look scratched out in haste. The line lurches rather than flows.
Its raw horror-punk character suits album covers, gig posters, and game title screens, especially when the artwork leans toward noise, grime, or psychological unease. The same unruly lettering can become part of skate merchandise or haunted attraction signage, where its distorted forms feel almost pictorial.
