Claustrophont, created by Andrew Lander in 2000, is a free distressed caps display font built from harsh, scraped strokes. The letters have blocky proportions, uneven edges, and dense patches that look dragged across the surface, giving the alphabet a raw photocopied quality.

Its slashed texture can echo ripped paper, ink smears, and rough artwork in punk posters, album packaging, and underground magazine covers. That repeated abrasion suits horror game graphics and merchandise, where the lettering can become part of the damage and debris rather than clean type.
