Fat Shanghai by Theophile Signard is a free techno display font with towering, tightly packed forms. Broad vertical strokes dominate, cut by tiny openings and clipped corners that give the lettering a machined silhouette. Its scale feels imposing.
Technology and industrial themes are the clearest fit, especially for game graphics and electronic music posters. The dense forms could also shape streetwear branding or futuristic event signage, where the letters resemble architectural panels rather than ordinary type. That mechanical, megacity character makes the font especially suited to dystopian science fiction.
