Grotesca 3-D by Paulo W of Intellecta Design is a free retro 3D display font built from broad, rounded capitals and sharply cut interior shapes. Fine inline marks and offset contour lines give the letters the look of engraved storefront lettering, with a crisp dimensional edge rather than a solid block.
Line-drawn illustrations, badges, and vintage product graphics can echo its doubled outlines on packaging and posters. The lettering also fits music merchandise and event graphics. In branding, its outlined construction can turn a name into a ready-made emblem with the finish of an old shop sign.
