Mathilde フォント

Mathilde, designed by Lee Batchelor in 2012, is a free handwritten font with the loose sweep of an oversized signature. Its very fine strokes stretch into broad loops and long, low flourishes, giving the lettering an airy silhouette and an intentionally uneven flow.

Contemporary signature styling makes it a natural fit for fashion editorials, beauty packaging, wedding invitations, and album artwork. In boutique branding, those extended loops can shape a recognizable wordmark.

“Mathilde” includes accented letterforms, math symbols, and OpenType contextual alternatives for common double-letter combinations.

The font is free for personal and commercial use.
