Eminent is free for personal use. If you are going to use this font for any commercial purposes, then a small donation is required. That is, if you are using this font to try to sell something, then please respect the fact that I took my time to hand draw every letter and donate a small some of money to the designer.

Also, anyone interested in using it commercially, I have the original .eps file I can email over which has higher resolution.
