This font is free for personal use, but please pay $5 if you want to use it for commercial purposes.

The font supports most European languages, as well as Vietnamese.

I haven't had the time to complete the OpenType coding, but those of you able to view and select individual glyphs (in Adobe Illustrator, for example) will be able to access many more characters including small caps; multiple alternate forms for some letters; and some weird and wonderful ligatures.
