Roosevelt

Roosevelt, Harold Lohner's free Art Nouveau display font, revives the genteel lettering of vintage piano and organ nameplates. The letters mix high-contrast curves with tapering, slightly theatrical strokes, and they keep returning to a few memorable moves - rounded bowls, pointed joins, and long tails that give the word shapes a lyrical, turn-of-the-century rhythm.

It fits packaging, poster titles, music-themed branding, book covers, and period-inspired signage where that parlor-era flavor can carry the message. As a free font, Roosevelt also works well for monograms, short cover lines, and title cards, because those sweeping endings and soft oval forms do more when they have room to breathe.
