Streeeeetch by Heather Kidd of FontStruct is a free techno display font with an extremely tall, narrow profile and a deliberately uneven electronic look. Its letters mix slim verticals with sudden heavy bars and squared cut-ins, producing a tense stop-start pattern that recalls early computer graphics.
Designers working in retro gaming, electronic music, or experimental club culture will find its angular distortion immediately useful. It can turn arcade posters and album packaging into something close to a malfunctioning screen, with the lettering becoming part of the interface imagery.
